Festival Of St. Anne Activities

Bake Sale & Market: July 26, 8-11 am

 the Festival of St. Anne with start with a bake sale, café and market the morning of July 26 from 8 to 11 am (or until sold out). Lots of delicious cookies, muffins, brownies, bars, scones, date bars, pies, cakes, breads, rolls, fudge and more will be available. Grab a cup of coffee and sweet treats on your way to work!

Celtic Evening Workshop: July 26, 6 pm

Please join us for an evening worship service, July 26 at 6:00 p.m.  In celebration of the Feast of St. Anne, we are once again having a service with poetry, music and prayers rooted in the Celtic tradition.  Holy Communion will be celebrated and all are welcome to participate.

St. Anne’s Auction & Maine Humor Show: July 28 from 11:30 am

As part of St. Anne’s Festival at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Calais, there will be an auction and Maine humor show, Saturday, July 28. The schedule is as follows:

Auction Preview – 11:30 am

Maine Humor Show featuring Tim Sample – 12:30 pm

Auction with Tim Sample as auctioneer  – 2:00 pm

Refreshments will be available for purchase

Auction items including art prints by Max Kahn, Elinor Coen;  rugs/carpets, Hitchcock chairs, Italian marble sculpture, LLBean rocker, wing chairs, rocker/recliner, end tables, lamps, Adirondack pack basket, English china and ephemera, Noritake, silverplate, pewter-washed copper, 1800’s butler’s table, mirrors, quilt, afghans, table linens – damask/cutwork/embroidered, marble top table, oak sofa table, snowblower, fishing rods, Bushnell telescope with tripod, and more…See below for a preview of some of the items available for bidding:
